Our History
S&W Energy was founded in 2000 by Stewart & Stevenson and GE Power veterans Jeff Seldenrust and Richard Wolf, RPS’ Chief Technology Officer and Chief Executive Officer, respectively. SWES specialized in power generation plant design, as well as providing engineering, procurement and construction and operation and maintenance services in remote and challenging international locations. SWES executed dozens of projects around the world in places such as Iraq, Kuwait,
Venezuela and Ghana.
LKCM, founded in 1979, is an SEC-registered investment advisory firm provides investment advisory
services to high net worth individuals, foundations, endowments, investment companies, pension and profit-sharing plans, trusts and estates, among other organizations. As of December 31, 2018, LKCM had $15 billion in assets under management.
RPS was founded on February 28, 2017 when S&W Energy Solutions, Inc. (SWES) with its rich history in the power industry and Luther King Capital Management (LKCM), a Fort Worth, Texas based private investment firm, joined forces.

Board of Managers
Bryan King
Chairman
Bryan King, CFA, is a principal of Luther King Capital Management with approximately $15
billion of assets under managment and has acted as an investment manager responsible for micro and
small-capitalization public and private investments since 1993. He established and leads several alternative investment partnerships, such as LKCM Capital Group, LKCM Private Discipline Partnership, and LKCM Headwater Investments that focus approximately $2 billion of their collective flexible capital on long-term investment strategies in public and private companies.
In 2003, Mr. King established the LKCM Distribution Holdings oversight advisory board of operating
partners and thought leaders to support LKCM Capital Group and its affiliates investment activities in
the distribution, packaging, shop, field and engineering services, and rental focused businesses.
TestEquity, Relevant Solutions, Leading Quality Assurance, Industrial Distribution Group, Rawson,
Golden State Medical Supply are among the businesses where Mr. King has served as chairman of the board of directors and the managing partner. He also has served in various capacities on and alongside
of many other boards of both public and private companies as well as numerous civic organizations.
Mr. King graduated from Princeton University, Texas Christian University, and the Harvard Business
School.
Tom Comstock
Board member
Mr. Comstock is also a board member for Relevant Solutions and Test Equity. Previously Mr.
Comstock was CEO of Rawson from February 2003 until December 2016. Prior to joining Rawson, Mr.
Comstock was the Chief Operating Officer of Furmanite, a petrochemical service company. Mr.
Comstock spent 16 years with Keystone International, a flow control company, and served as President
of the Keystone International’s Industrial Valve Group in Europe for three years.
Mr. Comstock received a BS in Computer Science and MBA from Texas A&M University.
Andy Zacharias
Board member
Mr. Zacharias is a Partner of LKCM Headwater Investments. Mr. Zacharias currently serves on the boards of RPS, Relevant Solutions, TestEquity, Resource Minerals, Applied System Technologies and Heads Up Technologies along with several civic and charitable boards in Fort Worth.
Mr. Zacharias previously served as Vice President for Pacesetter Capital Group, executing and managing
private equity and mezzanine debt investments in the media, manufacturing and service sectors. Prior
to joining Pacesetter, he served as the CFO and COO of Street Advisor, an independent equity research
provider. Prior to Street Advisor, he was in the Corporate Finance Group at Bear Stearns where he
focused on equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions and private placements across numerous
industries in the Southwest US. While in undergraduate school, Mr. Zacharias started his career in finance as an intern analyst for two years for LKCM.
Mr. Zacharias graduated with a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University. He
completed a joint MBA and Masters in Engineering Management fellowship at Northwestern
University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he received the distinction of Austin Scholar.
Mr. Zacharias is a candidate for the Turnaround Management Association’s Certified Turnaround
Professional Designation (CTP).
Richard Wolf
CEO/President
Richard has more than 30 years’ experience in the power generation industry. He served in several
project management leadership roles with Stewart & Stevenson and GE Power. At GE, Richard
served as Manager of Project Execution. In this role, Mr. Wolf was responsible for leading
the Project Execution team, which included contract administration, project management, EPC,
start-up and commissioning and warranty administration for all GE aero-derivative products around the globe.
Following his entrepreneurial passion, he co-founded S&W Energy Solutions in 2000.
SWES provided balance of plant solutions and constructed and operated power plants around the
world, specializing in projects in remote and harsh locations.
Richard has been RPS’ Chief Executive
Officer since its founding. Mr. Wolf holds a BS in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
He also served several years in the US Army Reserves.
Jeff Seldenrust
Chief Technology Officer & Vice President
As Chief Technology Officer, Jeff oversees RPS’s engineering and research and development
departments. Jeff possesses more than 30 years’ experience in the power generation industry. He is co-founder of a full service company, S&W Energy Solutions, Inc. for which he currently is Vice President.
Prior to co-founding S&W Energy Solutions, Jeff was the Manager of the Balance of Plant group for GE Energy Products (formerly the gas turbine division of Stewart & Stevenson Services, Inc.). He was responsible for Engineering (mechanical, electrical and controls) scheduling, EH&S and purchasing activities for this group.
Jeff also led the development of a new gas turbine product line. Before assuming his managerial duties, Jeff was a project engineer designing LM2500, LM5000 and LM6000 aero-derivative packages. His duties entailed the development of technical specifications, equipment and material selection, drawing development of technical specifications, equipment and material selection, drawing development, systems integration and feasibility studies. Additionally, he was responsible for the technical interfaces with the field technicians to assure the equipment was successfully commissioned.
Jeff has been RPS’ Chief Technology Officer since its founding. He holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering degrees from Texas A&M University.

Ed Long
Chief Financial Officer
Ed possesses over 35 years of financial and operational experience in senior leadership and
consulting roles. He spent several years in public accounting with Arthur Anderson. His power industry, experience includes working as an internal auditor at Stewart & Stevenson and head of the commercial finance for GE Power’s global sales group. He also worked in the automotive, manufacturing,logistics, and recycling industries in various accounting or operational roles.
Ed holds a BBA from Texas Lutheran University. He is also a CPA, a Six-Sigma Green Belt, a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and a Certified Performance Improvement Leader.
Ron Coker
General Counsel, VP - HR & HSE, Chief Compliance Officer
Ron possesses over 25 years’ experience in the power industry having worked at Stewart & Stevenson, GE Power, Enron, Wood Group’s Gas Turbine Division (now EthosEnergy) and ProEnergy Services. He also served as Deputy General Counsel at Harris CapRock Communications, then the world largest satellite services company. He also served in various commercial roles at Enron. Much of Ron’s career has focused on international projects, including those located in challenging jurisdictions.
Ron is a graduate of Texas A&M University and South Texas College of Law – Houston.
Clarissa Dutra
Chief Procurement Officer
Clarissa has over 18 years of experience in the power generation industry. She spent the first eight
years of her career at GE working at various greenfield EPC plants throughout the world to install
over 2,000 MWs of capacity in some of the largest LM6000 plants to date. She has spent 10
plus years working at S&W Energy Solutions and RPS serving in a variety of positions ranging from
Field Turnover Coordinator, Procurement and Logistics Manager, Director of Supply Chain, before
being appointed as RPS’ Chief Procurement Officer.
Ms. Dutra has procured over $11 billion in
assets and transported over 5,000 tons of cargo worldwide. She handled critical projects in
challenging countries, managing the entire supply chain, from vendor selection and contract
management, to end of warranty cycle, including the remote management of various field offices
during construction of various projects.
Rusty Bonnett
Vice President - Global Operations
Rusty’s entire career of more than 30 years has been in the power industry. He started as an
Instrumentation and Control Technician with Stewart &; Stevenson where he worked on 26 packages
around the world. He then transitioned to site management then project management where he
managed 45 project managers for projects ranging from equipment supply to turnkey EPC. For
seven years he managed GE Aero’s global execution team. In this position he managed a backlog of
$ 4 billion plus equipment only to full turnkey and operation of over 1,200 gas turbines including the
TM2500, LM6000, LM2500 and LMS product lines.
Dr. Ron Sickels
Vice President & General Manager - RFS
Ron is a leader in the Tank and Fuel Quality Management field. With over 35 years’ experience,
holds numerous industry credentials. He’s Laboratory Certified on Biofuels, is a SP001 Aboveground Tank Inspector, an A-General Engineering Contractor, a B-General Contractor, is certified in Hazardous Substance Removal, and holds C-61 Specialty license including a D-40 Service Station Equipment and Maintenance and D-64 Non-specialized subcategories.
Ron started Environmental Fuel Specialists (EFS) in 1987 to provide Tank and Fuel Quality
Management products and services for fuel users nationally.
In 2000, he cofounded EFS Tank and
Power, Inc., a tank and vessel manufacturer and packager of power generation and pump and
filtration skids. EFS Tank and Power was sold in 2007. Ron reentered the Tank and Fuel Quality
Management field when he cofounded Advanced Fuel Services Inc. in 2008.
Ron is a respected lecturer, speaker on renewable alternative energy, power generation, petroleum and environmental integrated engineered solutions and strategies.
Dr. Sickels, a US Army Vietnam veteran, holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, MS in Chemical
Engineering, and PhD in Environmental Engineering from Rockville University.
Harley Ross
Vice President - Engineering
Harley has over 37 years’ experience in the power generation industry focusing mainly on packaging
gas turbines and complete balance of plant engineering. Mr. Ross previously served as the Chief
Engineer for GE Energy, Power & Water where he was responsible for all design, safety, specification, position papers and design practice reviews for the entire gas turbine program.
Mr. Ross has led the development of several new gas turbine product lines including the Allison 501KB
series, Allison 570 series, TM2500 mobile GTG sets, LM2500, LM2500+, LM2500 G4, LM5000, LM6000, cruise ship power, and the LMS100. Mr. Ross received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas - Austin.
Our Facility
Our headquarters is in Houston, Texas near the George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Our 12+ acre industrial campus includes four buildings totaling over 128,000 square feet. We have crane capacity up to 75 tons. We also have two test lines on which we can test units using liquid and gas fuels and water. Our 45 MW load bank enables us to test units at full load.
