RPS Celebrates Safety Incentive Program

On October 31st, RPS celebrated its inaugural safety incentive meal. Recently RPS instituted a program in which the company will provide a meal should there be no injuries in any one quarter. HSE Manager Eric Hatch and Vice President/ HR Manager Ron Coker introduced the safety incentive program at the beginning of the quarter to promote safe, responsible and efficient work practices in all RPS operations. RPS employees enjoyed a catered meal from Lasagna House III, and celebrated a 70% reduction in medical expenditures over previous years. The well being of our employees is essential to the success of our company. With the money RPS saves in keeping our employees safe, we invest back into the benefits of our employees and into the quality of our products and services.
