GENERATOR STEP-UP TRANSFORMER

Conservator type, oil immersed transformer, copper windings,

for Indoor / Outdoor installation.

• Rated Power 40,000 / 50,000 kVA @ 50 Hz and 48,000 / 60,000 @ 60 Hz (ONAN / ONAF).

• Low Voltage = 11,500 or 13,800 volts, with a No-Load Tap Changer (NLTC)

• High side voltage covering a wide range of voltages to match the need of most applications through a 6-positions No-Load Tap Changer (NLTC).

•  Two sets of Current Transformers (CTs) on the high side and low side.

• One Current Transformer on the high side Neutral point.

POWER CONTROL MODULE

The PCM is a pre-assembled and factory tested weather-proof building, climate controlled. The PCM houses the Unit Control Panel, the Motor Control Center, Generator Control/Protection panel, Synchronizing Panel, batteries and chargers and other control equipment to service the gas turbine generator package and BOP equipment controls.

LIQUID FUEL TREATMENT SYSTEM

Complete liquid fuel filtration system consisting of PLC-controlled pumps, filters, and a particle counter system designed to treat raw fuel for direct usage in the gas turbine or return to treated fuel tanks for storage.

• Contained in a 40’ shipping container

• One electrical connection for 480 VAC/60Hz or 400 VAC/50Hz power.

WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM

Water Treatment System consisting of a primary filter, softener, 2 reverse osmosis filters and a de-ionizer.

• Input is 70 GPM and output is 50 GPM.

• Completely assembled inside a 53’ Container.

• PLC controlled with single 480 VAC/60Hz or 380 VAC/50Hz power supply connection.

AIR COMPRESSOR SKID

Instrument/Plant Air compressor system to deliver instrument quality air to the gas turbine for valve operation, post shutdown cooling air and plant air.

• Duplex compressors provide 250 CFM at 100 psig to the plant.

• Filters, receivers and compressors are mounted on a 11’ x 17’ common carbon steel base suitable for outdoor installation.

• 400 gallon wet receiver and 2000 gallon dry receiver, ASME tanks.

FUEL GAS FINAL FILTER

A duplex, skid-mounted, all 316L stainless steel filter vessels with transfer valves, instrumentation, and piping. Carbon steel drip pan base

 

• Designed for 14 MM SCFM, 900 psig and 250 °F maximum.

• Filtration levels are 10 micron or 3 micron (DLE), Beta = 1000.

• Options include: heat tracing, block & bleed valves, or PED/ATEX compliance.

SWITCHGEAR BUILDING

Pre-assembled and factory tested main generator circuit breaker, switchgear. Located between the gas turbine generator and the Generator Step-up Transformer.

• 11’ x 15’ insulated building with climate control.

• Emergency lighting, interior and exterior lighting, fire extinguisher and smoke alarm are included.

• Floor has gland plates for cable entry.

• Over current protection relay and a secondary feeder breaker to an auxiliary transformer are included.

FAN COOLER SKID

Complete cooling package including horizontal coil cooler, expansion tank, pump skid, piping, valves and instrumentation.

• System flows 382 GPM

• 65 psig @ 113°F and handles 3.1 MM BTU/hr.

• The cooler has 3 x 50% fans.

• The cooling pumps are 2 x 100% capacity.
